Legacy Care is a chronic illness caregiving and private pay AGING IN PLACE service that takes elderly health care and supportive living services into the homes of older adults who want to age in place or remain in their homes for as long as possible. At Legacy Care we are about quality of life for the elderly.

We are a Registered Nurse owned and operated non-medical home care company in Escondido California. We are Licensed by California board of social services, Bonded and insured. We specialize in care management, care navigation, transitional care management and more for the elderly and retired executives. We provide non-medical assisted living service to our clients wherever they call home.
